The Christian is a conqueror

I am tired of the weakness that I hear being promoted in many pulpits 🤦🏾‍♂️.  In many churches christians look defeated, pitiful and sorrowful. And the reason is because they serve a " weak Jesus" of their own imaginations.  A Jesus who is too powerless to help them, who's hand is too short to save and who's wisdom is too limited to guide them. As a result many Christians are just wallowing in their sins, in their guilts, in their shortcomings and being miserable. No wonder many of them soon find themselves back into the world, back under the bondage of Egypt.

In many pulpits you hear things like its okay, " God is still working on me" to justify weakness. Things like where " sin abounds, grace abounds much more"  which is true from the scriptures but is used in many churches to promote weakness. The weakness that I can keep on sinning and God will keep on forgiving . From many pulpits we hear a powerless gospel that turns many Christians into "powerless victims." Victims of their past, vistims of their circumstances, victims of their sins. No wonder that our churches seek solutions from the world for our problems .

Weak christianity will have you trust more in a therapist, in friends than in the power of prayer to transform the life. Weak Christianity will make you think that the therapist can somehow provide you with better results than God Almighty. And for this reason many Christians when they are going through trials and you mention prayer,  its almost as if you uttered a curse word at them. Weak christianity is producing weak , helpless and depressed Christians all over the land. Christian who are accustomed to defeat way more than victory and go around looking miserable as if at a perpetual funeral.

I don't believe in this " weak Christianity." The Jesus I serve is all powerful. As a man I  cannot afford to believe in a Christianity that promote weakness. That tells me " its okay, God is still working on you etc.." As a man I believe in embracing struggles and aiming for victories and the Jesus of the Bible is one who is a conqueror. Jesus overcame the world, the flesh and the Devil and He has promised me victory if I follow Him.  In my relationship Christ I have gone from victory to victory, from strength to strength and I see Jesus as a mighty Savior who can save from all sorts of circumstances. My Jesus is able to save, my Jesus is a conqueror.

I bring all my issues, sins to the Lord in prayer expecting victory. And the Lord has been faithful to me, causing me to overcome all manner of oppositions, sins and difficulties. My God is mighty and I preach because my God is able. I despise the weak christianity being preached in the land. The christianity that lead to hopelessness and despair. Yes, God accept you just the way you are, but God's will is for you to overcome the faults, the sins, the issues in your life. You must believe that nothing in your life is too strong for God. You must believe in Jesus you are more than Conquerors.

"Let the weak say I am strong." Friends, no matter how weak you are, no matter how hopeless your situation look, in Jesus victory is guaranteed. The Bible say God's strength is made sufficient in our weaknesses. The Christian is a conqueror because God's strength is in Him. So friends, let us cast away this weak christianity from our lives. God is all powerful, bring all your issues to God. It may take one day, 1 month, 1 year, 1 decade,  but keep bringing the issue to God and know for certain He will make you more than conquerors.  Wars are not won in one day, but the one who perseveres in battle is a conqueror. Put on the whole armor of God and fight the battles of the Lord.

The sanctuary in Heaven

Let them construct a sanctuary for Me, that I may dwell among them. 9 "According to all that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture. Exodus 25:8,9 God told Moses to build him a sanctuary according to the pattern that he sees. Does that mean God created a blue print for him or is it a pattern of something in heaven? Copy of the True Tabernacle The sanctuary that they built in the wilderness is a copy of the one that is in heaven. Yes there is a sanctuary in heaven. So if there is a sanctuary in heaven , does that mean there is a High Priest also? They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: "See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain." Hebrews 8:5

Is the United States a Christian nation?

Why calling the United states a Christian country is detrimental to Christianity.  The United states was clearly influenced by Christian principles; The pilgrims were escaping persecutions from Europe and while many of them practiced Christianity, they were still suffering persecution in Europe from state churches. The founding fathers, some being Christians, made sure to separate the church from the state. They well knew of the carnage that comes as a result of having a state religion. And so, the US became one of the rare countries without a state religion. Each person was left to follow the dictate of his own conscience.  When you call a country by a specific religion, people associate all of its behaviors with said religion. Note this example: Slavery was an institution in the United states; this would also mean that the brutality of slavery was accepted a Christian precept. Even the mistreatment of the Indians would have been considered a Christian precept. In fact,...

When God calls you. The fiery way to God

"Why is my life so hard? Why are these things happening to me? I pray to God for healing, but there is no healing. I pray for better finances, but no money is forthcoming. I am so tired of these struggles; I am on the verge of giving up. I might as well live life the way I want to and hope to die soon. Have these thoughts ever come to your mind? These are thoughts many will encounter as they ascend the mountain of God. For many of us, life began well. We had a great time in our youth; we believed in love, we believed the future was bright, and we felt whole as a person. But somewhere along the way, hardship showed up. An illness, a broken heart, the death of a loved one, or broken aspirations sent us into despair and grief. Suddenly, life became dark and hopeless. But then, we heard the voice of God. We heard someone preach, 'Come to Jesus and all will be well; come to Jesus and He will give you the desires of your heart.' So we came to Jesus, hoping that we were back on ...

Modern Man
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6
