The Bible predicted the rise of Islam and the information  is found in Revelation 9 verse 1 to 12.

Chapter 9 follow a pattern of judgment.It continues the messages of the seven trumpets. In chapter  9 we come to hear the fifth angel sounding his trumpet. In this article we will unveil this prophecy.

1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

In Bible prophecy a star represent a leader , and a fallen one is an apostate leader. A key was given to this apostate leader, a key represent power and authority over which the key is given to open or close. The key that this leader had, was to open the bottomless pit.  The word "bottomless pit" comes from the Greek word "abbusos," where the word "abyss," derived and it means a desolate empty place and is like the Word "void" used in Genesis 1:2.  So this desolate place was the desert of Arabia and the apostate leader was Mohammed who founded the Islamic religion.He opened the bottomless pit and smoke came out.

       Great smoke darkened the sun and the air.

•          Sun give light . Jesus is the light of this world ( John 8:12;9:5) 
•          Christ is known as the Sun of Righteousness       ( Malachi 4:2)
•          God's word is light and truth.                              (John 17:17)

Darkness is the opposite of light, so if Christ is the Word, the Truth and the Life then  the darkness that darkened the sun and the air  are error/false teachings.  (Proverbs 4:19,Luke 11:34,John 3:19-21,1 Peter 2:9) . The smoke or false teaching that came out of the pit darkened the truth of Christ in regions under it's control.

A beast in prophecy is a symbol of a kingdom, and here we see a lot of locus/beast representing the different Arab tribes.

• The ancient and honorable, he is the head; and the prophet that teaches lies,he is the tail (Isaiah 9:15)

So the power of the Arab hordes that came from the desert of  Arabia was the prophet that teaches lies (Mohammed the Prophet). When conditions are good hundreds of millions of locusts may hatch at the same time. After destroying the local food supply, they spread out eating up most of the green plant in their path, leaving devastation in their trail. By the time Mohammed died the entire Arabian Peninsula was under the rule of Islam.Over the next hundred years the Muslim hordes spread out like a swarm of locusts across the earth until the year 732 until they were defeated at the Battle of Tours in France, stopping the Islamic threat.

Two Kinds of Money

If the tokens are intrinsically worthless and inconvertible, the government must endow them with a special status to make them viable as money.  Such tokens are known as fiat money.  Except for collector’s items, all government-issued tokens today are fiat money.  One must therefore avoid thinking in terms of commodity money to understand modern money. 

In the era of commodity money, the issuer was constrained by the need to hold a sufficient supply of the underlying commodity.  There is no such constraint in the case of fiat money.  The value of fiat money therefore depends on the policies and actions of the issuer, normally the central bank of a country.

Why Worship On Sunday

The Scriptures tell us that the Sabbath is to be observed on the seventh day, which is Saturday. However, Protestants today worship on Sunday. How did this change of the Sabbath take place? Who is responsible? Does it even matter which day we worship on?

In the Ten Commandments, the Sabbath commandment emphasizes the authority of the lawgiver—God. A change in the Sabbath means a change in authority. When we choose another Sabbath, we give the authority to another entity. God is no longer the authority. Rather, the substitute—the counterfeit—grasps this position. Another god on earth has attempted to replace the true God.

The importance of the commandments

Ecclesiastes 12:13 ...'Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.'

Daniel 7:24-25  24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Being born gay is like being born into a race

This argument is being made by homosexual activists in order to convince societies that their immoral behavior is acceptable and should be an inherent right.

This is a common error made by those in the pro-homosexual movement. This error is  known as a category mistake.  A category mistake  is attributing the property of one thing to something else that does not have that property.  

Homosexuality is a behavior, an action.  It is not the same thing as a genetic condition like skin color, height, or gender. If we are to believe that people are born homosexual then we may also believe that pedophiles are born with their perverse  attraction and so are people who practice bestiality  Homosexual intercourse (and all other perversions)  is a behavior and is, therefore, something people choose to do.  Actions are what people choose to do - whether or not they have a tendency. On the contrary, being born in black or white  is not a choice and is not a behavior.

The spiritual side of homosexuality

Biblically, homosexuality is a sin that is clearly condemned in Scripture (Lev. 18:22; 20:13; 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Rom. 1:26-28). But it seems to be more than "a mere sin." When we look at God and Adam and Eve, we see a manifestation of the will of God in making a man and a woman (Gen. 2:21-24), not a man and a man, nor a woman and a woman.  We see the heterosexual pattern that God established in order to fulfill the creation mandate:
"And God blessed them; and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth,'" (Gen. 1:28).
It is not possible to carry out God's command, fill the earth, and subdue it via homosexual unions. Therefore, homosexuality is a direct contradiction to the command God.

Let's make Sunday a day of rest, for God’s sake

It is essential for Christians to create regular, intentional spaces of time in which we do not work, e-mail, fax, clean, or do laundry. 

They are telling people to set a day apart (a sabbath) to worship the Lord, but not according to the Word of God which state that the sabbath is the 7th day.

Calling Evil Good, Good evil

How horrible it will be for those who call evil good and good evil, who turn darkness into light and light into darkness, who turn what is bitter into something sweet and what is sweet into something bitter.

In this day and age there is a tremendous effort to turn what is evil into something good. To stand up for what is right is to be considered a fundamentalist , not up to 21st century standard.  When one stand up for the truth, it is said that they still have a dark age mentality.  " Discernment is not knowing the difference between  right and wrong. It is knowing the difference between right and almost right."Charles Spurgeon. And that is exactly what is going on right , activists with immoral agendas use the media to change the majority opinion , painting a picture of evil that is almost right but in the final analysis is  dead wrong. 

                                 Some examples of such change

Some example of such blatant change of darkness into light, good into evil  are the rampant  practice of abortion , adultery and homosexual union etc.  Abortion which is equivalent to the ancient practice of child sacrifice to pagan gods , is painted as an honorable thing and a woman's right . Homosexual union which is condemned by God is presented even by so called preachers to be an honorable thing. The homosexual activists market it as marriage equality. A thing that is against nature is presented as a thing that benefits society .  

These people use marketing to convince the masses that their ideas are right. They recruit leaders that have influence over groups of society to push their agendas .But we as Christian have to remember that Christ is our leader and the Bible as our guide. Know that just because something is popular and accepted by the leaders does not make it right at all. If a philosophy or idea goes against the standard bearer of Truth which is the Bible than what the proponents of that idea are trying to do is to " call evil good and good evil ,turning darkness into light and light into darkness".

New Archaeological Discovery Questions Jesus' Bodily Resurrection

A new archaeological discovery on a Jerusalem site is causing controversy as it revives the debate over the "Jesus tomb" and presents what scientists claim is proof that a burial box was found containing the remains of Jesus, and possibly his family – a direct contradiction to the belief in Christ's bodily resurrection.

Since Jesus's Resurrection is the foundation of true religion, the Father of lies is out to deceive even more people by trying to deny that it happened. In an age of increasing spiritual blindness, we as Christians must seek a closer relationship with the Lord so that when even stronger delusions come we may remain firm.

What is Faith

1)Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

• ·         In the general meaning of the word, to have faith is to believe in something or someone, to fully trust, to be so confident that you base your actions on what you believe. To have faith is to be fully convinced of the truthfulness and reliability of that in which you believe.
• ·         Faith in God then, is having the kind of trust and confidence in God and in Christ that leads you to commit your whole soul to Him as Savior (Justifier, Cleanser, Healer, Deliverer) and Lord (Master, King).
• ·         Faith is a spiritual force. Faith in God is a response to God's Word which moves God to act
• ·         Living faith always has corresponding actions. We talk what we really believe, and we act according to what we really believe.
• ·          Hebrews 11:6 says, "But without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is. (When we don't believe God, we treat Him like He is a liar. Remember that He is everywhere and sees all things).
• ·          Faith brings salvation. (Ephesians 2:8,9). Whosever believes in Him has eternal life. (John 3:16), and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. (John 5:24)

What Faith is not

James 2:19.  You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.

• ·         Faith is not mental assent. It is not agreeing with your mind. Many professing Christians believe mentally that the Bible is the Word of God, but this faith does not change the way they live.
• ·         Just believing and don’t do  is not a faith that can save. The demons believe but they do not do what God say
• ·         Lack of faith leads to lack of obedience and lack of obedience in God's eyes is rebellion.
• ·         People who don't believe God inevitably believe in something else. Either religious tradition, or their understanding of science, or what society tells them through the education system and the mass-media
• ·         Faith is not hope, nor positive desire. Hope is good, and relates to the future. Faith, however, takes the promise as done NOW.

How can we strengthen our Faith

The Bible teaches us that real faith is "more precious than gold that perishes" (1 Peter 1:7). 

• ·         We must grow in faith, because we to live by it. Habakkuk 2:4, the just shall live by faith.
• ·         Listen to the Word of God as much as possible. "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Romans 10:17). Constant attention to the Word of God produces faith, especially if we attend to it with an open heart and mind.
• ·         What we listen to affects what we believe. If we listen to the TV more than to the Word, we will believe the lies of the world more than we will believe what God says. Constant attention to lies produces deception. Eventually the mind will accept something if that thing is heard often enough and persuasively enough. That is why we should keep hearing the Word of God
• ·         Faith hears the word of God, the voice of God and acts in obedience with a trusting heart. God often speaks to us through our consciences by His Spirit, pressing us towards a particular kind of action which is based on God's Word. Real faith yields to God's suggestion and does it.

·         We just have to use and develop what God has given us. We must put  into action what we believe .

SOPA and PIPA Internet Regulation Legislation
