Good and evil: the power of self destruction

 

Many are quick to say God gave us choices, but the truth is they don't understand the nature of the choices that God gave us. God made us, none of us asked to be made, so God in His love gave us a choice. He placed a tree in the garden called the tree of the knowledge of good and evil 🌳 and say dont eat from that tree, on the day you eat from it you will surely die 💀. What choice did He really gave us 🤔? God in His love gave us the choice of self destruction 😱. Why ? What do you mean ? Since we didn't asked God to be made, God in His love gave us the choice to live with Him forever or if we dont love Him to choose self destruction,  to die forever. This is the nature of our choices.

After Adam and Eve ate from the tree 🍎, the process of death started. But it is a slow process. Sin is self destructive and every time we choose to sin, we destroy in ourselves the capacity to recognize sin which then make it easier for us to commit more sins. Now sin is enjoyable because sin is simply a corruption of good things created by God.  Because sin is a corruption of a good thing, you will find pleasure in sin even as you are in reality destroying yourself and the Devil will help you in the process of self destruction by tempting you to commit more sins and helping you justify yourself when someone reproves you.

I read an article the other day about Shaquille O'Neal ⛹🏿‍♂️, the former basketball player. He was speaking about the recent cheating scandals of a basketball coach, Nia Long's fiancé Ime Udoka with a woman staffer in his team, and the other scandal involving Adam Lavine, the musician. Shaquille O'Neal said he had nothing to say on the matter because he himself had been a serial cheater, that he was good at it but eventually his cheating "destroyed his marriage"🤵🏾💔👰🏽 and that's key part we want to focus on, his cheating "destroyed" his marriage. He said his biggest regret is losing his family, his family meant more to him than all the money, fame etc.. but he is the one who robbed himself 

This what sin does, it robs you of all good things. Shaquille O'Neal probably thought he was wise, he couldn't get caught, that he was having the time of his life when he was cheating on his wife 👰🏽, but the truth is with each act of sin, he was destroying his ability to love his wife, with each act of sin his heart 💔 was becoming colder, with each act of sin he was becoming more selfish, with each act of sin his resolve was weakening ,with each act of sin it was becoming easier for him to cheat again, harder for him to stay faithful and eventually his sin caught up to him and his wife left him, his family became a broken family. No amount of money and fame can heal a broken heart 💔

Choosing to sin, is choosing a slow path towards self destruction and as you go down the path of self destruction you take others down with you. No one is saved alone, we all influence others on the way to heaven and no is destroyed alone, we all influence others on the way to eternal destruction 🔥. Aren't loneliness, mental illness reaching epidemic heights in the US 🤔? People are losing their capacity to love because of rampant sin. Many of us in choosing a life of sin end up separating from those who love us, those who give us right counsels. Sin is destructive, it first destroy your relationship with God, then it destroy your relationship with other people. 

When you are living a life of sin, you find it hard to be friends with those who are trying to tell you to live right, those who truly love you, who sees you are on the path of self destruction and are warning you. And when you reject the influence of good friends, all you end up with are evil friends who are encouraging down the path of evil and these evil friends are selfish themselves and soon you find yourself very lonely, unable to trust anyone and your mental illness increases. When you reject the God who loves you, reject loving friends and family members whom He has put in your life for the sake of evil, you end up being a wretch, miserable, lonely and depressed.

So, why did Shaquille O'Neal lose his family 💔? He committed sin. God said thou shalt not commit adultery but Shaquille thought God was only preventing him from having a good time, Shaq thought he was wiser than God, so he went and commit adultery and only when it was too late realized that God's law is not a law of restrictions but the law of life, liberty and happiness.  And only too late he realized that sin, transgression of God's law leads to misery, destruction and unless repented of , in the end eternal death. Friends, the wages of sin is death, death to relationships, death to peace, death to happiness and eternal death at the end, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus

So what choices does God give us 🌳? The choices are life and death, good and evil. You choose to sin against God and your life will fill with misery, depression, loneliness, all manner of evils as you self destruct. You choose life in Christ and your life will be filled with peace, joy, happiness ,love etc.. the choice is yours,  life or death,  being made whole by God or self destruction,  but God is telling us , telling you to choose life so that it may be well with you .
Lord, my prayer today is help me to choose life always, help me to walk in your ways always

Brace for impact

 A storm is coming 🌬 ( hurricane Ian) and the governor of Florida, Ron Desantis with other officials are warning the people in its path to flee from the coming storm, to find shelter in a safe place to ride out the storm. Many will heed the warning and flee, but we know that many will ignore the warning and remain.

While warnings of a monster hurricane may be overhyped, nevertheless it is the government's job to preach a message of warning so that people may be saved from destruction. Hope those who are in the path of the hurricane take the necessary precautions, brace for impact  and be safe 

But friends, I too am working for the governor and my job is to warn you of a coming storm, furious and relentless. I work for the Governor of the universe and as a messenger of the Lord, the message is warn the people to brace for impact of the coming storm of God's wrath.

As a flood of sin, iniquity has spread throughout the land, the Lord is going, is currently judging this world. But the storm of the wrath of God is soon to go like a whirlwind  from nation to nation, for the Bible say the Lord will arise out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth 🌎 for their iniquities 

Friends, the message for you this morning is to flee from the coming  storm of God's wrath by finding shelter in the Lord Jesus Christ, hide yourself in His love, the only place of safety in this last days. Hide yourself in Jesus and brace for impact of the coming judgments of the Lord upon the earth.

A storm is coming, relentless in its fury.

 Are we prepared to meet it? 8T 315.2

We need not say: 

The perils of the last days are soon to come upon us. Already they have come. We need now the sword of the Lord to cut to the very soul and marrow of fleshly lusts, appetites, and passions. 8T 315.3

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth

The horror of sin 😱

 Sin is truly an evil thing. As sinners we are truly wicked people. Sin destroy everything it touches and sin is really treason against God. Sin is treason against His love, His mercy, His goodness. I am sick and tired of sin. Let's take a closer look at the sinfulness of sin 

God blessed America and made the nation great and yet the more rich America became, the more they forget God. As our wealth 💵 increase, the less time we have for church, the less time we have for God. We forget God because of His blessings 😱

God gave you a beautiful mind for His glory, so that you get to understand Him and appreciate Him. Yet you use your mind to think and meditate on evil things, you have no time for the Word of God, furthermore you use drugs to numb and destroy the mind that God has given you. The horror of sin 😱

God has been good to you by giving you life, health, wealth and yet we use all these things to pursue anything and everything but God. We use our lives, health and wealth to continue sinning against God and to influence others to follow our evil examples.  The horror of sin 😱

God gives you a beautiful body 💃🏽 and tells you to cover it and to preserve it only for your wife and husband.  Yet you walk around naked in the streets, social media, exposing your nakedness, tempting others to sin against the loving God who gave you your body. The horror of sin 😱

God gives you talents, skills so that you can promote His glory, but you use all these things for selfish gains while neglecting to promote His glory to the world. We use everything God gives us in the service of self and Satan. The horror of sin 😱

The more God shows us love, the more we sin against Him. The more we hear of God's grace, the more we think I might as well keep sinning since God will forgive me. The more God blesses us, the more we rebel against Him, such is the sinfulness of sin 😱

Friends, something is truly wrong with us and what's wrong with us is sin. Sin in our lives will make us destroy every good thing God has given us, in the end sin will make us destroy even ourselves. Let us repent from sin, let us ask God for a new mind and new Spirit  

Sin is exceedingly sinful, a sinner is an insane person but Jesus can transform us from insanity into sanity, from darkness to light. Lord help me to love you, do what is right in your eyes and to use all blessings in my life  to bring others to you 🙏🏾

Hoses 4:7

As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame

Sexual sins has consequences

 Sin promises freedom but deliver bondage⛓. Satan  promises you pleasure 😊 but deliver misery 😫, abject misery, sickness and death. The Bible says the wages of sin is death ☠ and me and you are not wise enough, strong enough to escape the punishment of sin.

God will punish sin, definitely sexual sins. Sexual sins are one of the sins God punish most severely ,because our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. The sexual act represents is a sacred symbol, it represents oneness, the union of a man 🤵🏾 and his wife 👰🏽, the union of christ and the church.  Sex by definition is deeply spiritual 🙏🏾

When someone have sex with a person who is not their spouse, they are desecrating their bodies, they are desecrating God's temple, they are attacking the sacred meaning behind sex and God will judge that person. 😈Satan uses sexual  sins as a way to destroy God's image  in us 

Sexual sins were a key part of pagan worship service. Homosexuality, sex with prostitutes were integral to the ancient worship of demons and so it is in our day, sexual sins are rampant as the majority are given themselves up to the worship of Satan, but God will judge .

Just before the Hebrews left the wilderness journey to enter Canaan, they got involved in the worship of false gods at Baal peor and participated in sexual sins, as a result God destroyed thousands of them with a plague. 

And so it is just before the 2nd coming of Jesus, sexual sins are rampant, sexual idolatry is rampant in the land and God will again destroy many with the plague of STDs. God doesn't change, God is the same, He brings judgment on some so that many will fear and repent. 

Friends, don't be deceived God will judge sins, and He judges sexual sins severely, depression, anxiety,loneliness, split personalities are just some of the mental effect, plus wasting diseases such as HIV, Syphilis, monkeypox etc.. to punish transgressors and to reveal there is a God in heaven who judges the sexually immoral, the wicked .

Let us seek the Lord friends, let us repent from sexual sins and let us present our bodies holy to the Lord.  Let our prayers be, Lord help me overcome sexual sins 🙏🏾

Hebrews 13:4 

Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge

The key to happiness 🗝😊

 Many people are unhappy. Many are miserable in life. They blame society, they blame their parents, they blame others for their misery,  when the truth is they are miserable because unknown to many of them they are following Satan's principle of life and following Satan's principle will always lead to misery 😫

What is Satan's life principle 🤔? His principle of life is to be discontent with where God has you in life. Satan wants you to be ambitious, to seek a higher place for yourself no matter the cost and for you to seek to recreate yourself in your own image. 

Lucifer was the highest angel in heaven and yet he became dissatisfied, he wanted what was not given him, he wanted to be equal with God 😱? He was the first being with ambition, he wanted to climb the ladder of success and God cast Him down. So it will be with all who are not content with what God has given them.

The key 🗝 to happiness is to be content with whatever God has given you, wherever He has placed you. Little money 💵, thank God for life. A place to stay, praise God for that. Born with dark skin 👱🏿‍♀️, praise the Lord, born white 👱‍♂️, let the name of the Lord be praised.

For the ladies, be content with your bodies, as long you are maintaining it in good health 🏃🏽‍♀️, be content with whatever shape the Lord has blessed you with. You are beautiful just the way you are because the Lord God, the Master artist made you the way you are .

For men, while it is necessary you must work, for God commands men to work and take care of their family, dont let ambition be your driving force. Let God be your driving force and place yourself in no position in which He has not seen you fit for. Be content with what you have

Be content with your spouse, be content with your health 🤒, be content with little, be content with much. The key to happiness is to be content with whatever lot the Lord has given you in life and ask Him for the wisdom on how to live 

Satan's goal is to make you disatisfy with what God has given you and to envy what others have. But God's goal is for you to be content with His blessing and if you need more go to Him and ask. For godliness with contentment is great gain. Our prayer, Lord help me to be content with your blessings in my life 🙏🏾

Phillipians 4:11

Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content

Endure to the end 🧗🏾‍♂️

 The Christian life is not a sprint 🏃🏾‍♂️,but a marathon 🚶🏽‍♀️. It's a long journey and it's a journey that requires endurance, perseverance and relentless advancement. For it is a journey from sin to holiness, from Babylon to the New Jerusalem, from earth to heaven.

Many comes to Jesus expecting to be delivered from suffering while holding on to sin. Jesus did not come to save us from suffering, but from sin which is the root cause of sufferings. These comes to Jesus expecting to be delivered from problems, but give up on Christ when they see that their problems have only increased. The Bible say all who will live godly will suffer persecution.

Deliverance from sin is not done in one day. Forgiveness of sin is done the moment you ask God for forgiveness, but deliverance from the power of sin can take a life time. Imagine being a liar all your life, it may take many agonizing prayers and trials before truth is established in your inward parts.

Sinful habits take time to undo and God uses natural process of growth 🌱 to grow the new life in the believer. So those who come to Jesus and expecting quick transformation, quick victories over sin, quick deliverance from suffering will be disappointed and overcomed by Satan's temptations. 

It took time for you to become the person that you were before you came to Christ and it will take time for God rewire your sinful habits and ways. While God can change us in a moment, He has chosen the method of seed growing as the way to grow faith in us 🌱

So friends, do not be deceived, coming to Jesus is not the end of the process, but the beginning. Coming to Jesus is not the end of suffering, but the beginning of true warfare between you and Satan 👿, you and the flesh, you and the world.  Coming to Jesus is the beginning of your marathon to heaven 🚶🏽‍♀️

So friends, you must persevere. Persevere in spending time with God daily, persevere in reading the Bible daily, persevere in true prayer daily, persevere in asking God for the power to resist sin daily, persevere in praying for the Holy Spirit daily, persevere until the very end and you will be saved. Endure to the end 🙏🏾

Matthew 24:13

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved

Good and evil 🌳. What tree are you eating from 🍎?

 Good and evil, right and wrong, holiness and wickedness are the issues involved in this great cosmic conflict,  in this great war between between between Christ and Satan 😈. 

The battle us being fought over our minds and our actions determine on which side we are, whether we are on the side of Christ or on the side of Satan. In the garden of Eden 🌳 , there were two great trees, one called the tree of life and the other the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 

The two trees represent two great principles,  the tree of life represented Christ, obedience to God, love ❤. The tree of the  knowledge of good and evil represents selfishness, self willed.

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil represented obedience to Satan 😈😱? So what tree 🌳 are you eating from today ?  We are going to look at two different Bible characters to help us see from which tree we are eating from. 

The first one is king David 🤴🏾. God blessed him abundantly,  took him from a shepherd boy to a king. David had many wives 👰🏽👰🏽👰🏽👰🏽👰🏽 as was the customs of kings in those days. 

But one day as he was walking on the balcony of his palace, he saw a fine woman taking a bath 🚿. David was struck by her beauty and ask for her to be brought to him. They told the king she was the wife of one of his best soldiers, David did not care.

David did not care because he wanted to sleep with her, he didn't care about her husband, he didn't care about what God said about adultery,  he wanted her and he was going to have her, all David cared about was satisfying his lust, his ego, his pride . So David went and slept with her  and the rest is history, the woman end up being pregnant 🤰🏾 and David had her husband killed in order to save himself from co sequences.

 David was eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil 🌳 at that moment. David was following the guidance of Satan,  David was walking in the way of evil, the way of selfishness.

The principle of evil is to follow your own desires despite what God says and regardless of how it affects others, selfishness in action. Where selfishness reigns, you better believe Satan 😈 is in charge. My friend, if you are living based on how you feel no matter what God says, no matter how it impacts others then you are following the guidance of Satan, matter of fact Satan is your god and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil your daily meal 🍎.

 The essence of evil is doing whatever you want, the essence of evil is taking advantage of God's love and the vulnerability of others to fulfill your own selfish desires

What about the good, what about love, how does love work 🤔? Let's look at the story Joseph. Joseph was a slave in Egypt, the house of Potiphar the captain of the guards 💂🏽‍♂️. Joseph became great in the house of his master and his master put him in charge of the whole household. 

Joseph was also a handsome young man 🧔🏾 and Potiphar's wife wanted him bad, want to have sex with him, and she kept nagging him, throwing herself at him but he resisted and one day she finally had enough and laid hands on Joseph 😧, but Joseph said " there is none greater in this house than I , neither have my master kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife 👰🏽.

How can I do this great wickedness , and sin against God 🤔? This is the definition of love, of loving the  good, of obeying God ❤😊. Joseph could have slept with the wife 👰🏽, but he cared about his master, he said my master has not kept back anything from me in this house but you, I'm not going to betray my master, I'm not going to take advantage of his trust , I'm not going to abuse my position,  I'm not going to take advantage of a desparate woman.

 But most importantly I am not going to sin against God, God gave me my good looks, I'm not going to use my looks for selfish aims that dishonor God. God gave me my body, I'm not going to use it for sinful use.

God gave me my position, I'm not going to abuse it. God is my Father , I am not going to disobey Him or take advantage of His love ❤. Such is the essence of holiness, purity, righteousness.  It is the denial of self, selfish ambition for the glory of God, the denial of some selfish advantage for the benefit of others. In not sleeping with the wife of another man, Joseph honored God and protected the honor of his master. 

Joseph ended up in prison for his righteousness but he ended up in prison because Potiphar didn't really believe the accusations of his wife against Joseph,. Had he believed his wife accusation,  he would have put Joseph to death.

Doing right in an evil world can have negative consequences but when you do right the Lord will be with you as He was with Joseph. So friends, from what tree 🌳 are you eating today ? The tree of life or the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? Are you using your gifts, your looks, your talents for selfish means or are you using them for the glory of God and the welfare of men 🤔. Are you living a life of self denial or a life of taking advantage of the goodness of God and the vulnerability,  trust of others 🤔? 

Two trees 🌳🌴 are before us daily , from which one are you eating ? My advice eat from the tree of life. Lord help me to do good always 

Amos 5:15

Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph

In the shadow of death ☠

 Life without love is cold ☃️. Cold as an iceberg is the heart ❤ that seeks to protect itself from hurt, wounds and pain. The heart that seek to take but refuses to give. The heart that refuses to forgive wrongs done in the past is ever living in the past unable to see the beauty of the present.

I want to be loved but I don't want to be hurt. I want to live but I'm too afraid to go outside. I want to see the light but I'm afraid of what I will see. I want freedom but I'm afraid i may lose control. I want to love ❤ but I'm afraid of getting hurt and so I stay inside, close my heart and think of how beautiful it would be to be loved .

My life is like a shadow because I never see the light of love. My life is lonely because I never know what it means to share a life. My life is painful because I hold all my pain within since the door of my heart is always closed 🚪.  

Life without love is a prison, a prison of your own making, a prison with you as the guard 💂🏾‍♀️

To love others is to be freed from fear. To love others is to open the prison doors of selfishness.  To love others is to experience true life. 

To love others is to reveal true strength. Love is the strongest force in the universe, for God is love. To love is to be like God, to love is to be strong .

Love is stronger than death ☠. I would rather die than not love . Jesus would rather die than to see us lost, such is the power of true love . But the Bible say in the last day the hearts of many will grow cold ☃️, ice cold, unable to love, fearful of love and so many now live in the shadow of death 💀

I read this quote that said ","When you are in love , all fears disappear,  and when you become love yourself, even death becomes irrelevant... ", when you are afraid to love, you live in a state of death, you live in the shadows of death.  Life without love is a living death

Now we can see why the disciples were not afraid to die, they had overcome the greatest fear known to man, the fear of freely loving others, the fear of freely loving God.  Learn to love God, learn to love others and you will learn to live ❤🙏🏾

John  13:34

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Guard your thoughts 💂🏾‍♀️

 Good and evil starts in the mind. Sin starts in the mind. Before a person commit any act, better believe they had it in their mind, they meditate on it, they imagined how to do it. Thoughts lead to actions  

Lucifer , the son of the morning who became Satan 😈, first conceived of his rebellion in his heart (mind ). For the scriptures said in Isaiah 14:12-16 , he said I will be like the Most High..He coveted the place of Christ, He desired what belonged to God and those sinful thoughts soon led to open rebellion against God. 

The things your allow in your minds will determine your actions 📺. Control a person's mind and you control his actions.  Both God and Satan are fighting over your mind. God is fighting to give you a sound mind and Satan 😈 is fighting to give you a corrupt mind, a sinful and rebellious mind like his.

Also keep in mind that God, the Angels of God can put thoughts in your minds. Likewise Satan and His evil Angels can put thoughts in your minds. Most of our thoughts are not our own. They are put there by society, by the media 📺, by other people, so you cannot trust your thoughts unless they are vetted by God's Word 

So what thoughts are you allowing in your mind 🤔? Thoughts of sex before marriage? Thoughts of adultery? Thoughts of coveting other people's stuff ? Thoughts of depression ? Thoughts of suicide 💀? Thoughts of anger, hatred, jealousy, treachery, vengeance? What evil thoughts are you allowing your mind to dwell on 🤔? 

Guard your mind against all evil thoughts 💂🏾‍♀️. The moment an evil thought comes to your mind, take it captive and bring it to Jesus in prayer 🙏🏾. Say Lord I have these suicidal thoughts, please give me the victory over them. Lord I have these angry thoughts, please give me the victory 🙏🏾

Also refrain from watching anything 📺 and listening to anything 📱 that promote wicked thoughts. For through the eyes 👁, ears 👂🏾 Satan can transmit His rebellious and evil thoughts to your minds. Keel your mind on the Word of God always and use the word of God to test every thought .

Then friends, replace every evil thoughts with good thoughts. The scriptures says in Phillipians 4:8, finally ,brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things 🤗. Replace evil thoughts with good thoughts. Put away evil entertainment, spend time reading your Bibles, put away evil and sensual music, listen to the hymns and your soul will be uplifted. Let the Lord control your thoughts and your actions will be good. Lord control my thoughts and help me to do what is right 🙏🏾

Proverbs 4:23

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life

Loving Christ ❤

 Marriage 🤵🏾👰🏽 is an extremely  sacred symbol , for marriage represents the union of Christ and us, Christ and the church. So how do I know I love Jesus ❤? Is it based on how I feel today ? Is it based on how I felt when I got baptized? No, friends, loving Jesus is not based on how I feel but on a principle. 

And what is the principle that will show I love Jesus 🤔? I'll let Jesus speak for Himself. In John 15:10, Jesus says if you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, even as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in His love ❤. Love for Jesus is revealed not based on how we feel but on keeping His commandments. It requires a commitment

So it goes like this, when you accept Christ,  when you decide to marry Him at the altar of baptism 🤵🏾👰🏽, Jesus vow to love you to the death, to die for you and you vow to obey Him to the death, to crucify self daily for Him. Jesus promises to love you forever and you promise to obey Him forever ❤.

I may not feel like obeying Jesus today, but when I remember my vow 🤵🏾👰🏽, I say Lord help me to obey you today. I may not feel like loving my spouse today 🤵🏾👰🏽, but when I remember my vow, I say Lord help me to love my spouse today. This is love ❤, this is commitment. This is what it means to love Jesus.

Love ❤ is a principle and not just a feeling. To love requires commitment, faithfulness, perseverance during tough times. Feelings change moment by moment but love endures difficult moments .

So friends, let us ask Jesus for the power to keep all His commandments and to abide in His love. Let our prayers be, Lord in good or bad times, for better or worse, help me to be faithful and to keep your commandments, I love you Lord, help me to abide in your love ❤🙏🏾

Monkey sees 🐵, monkey do 🐒

 Man is ignorant, man is born ignorant. We came to this world as ignorant babies 🤱🏾. We had to learn all that we know from others, first from our parents, then from siblings, educators, society, media 📺etc.. but in our ignorance we think we know, when the truth is most of us are like dead fishes swimming down in a strong current .

Most people were truly wise when they were little children. As little children we knew that we know nothing and we depended on our parents to guide us, but as teenagers we started to think that we knew everything and everyone else knew nothing and so we begin the downward path towards ignorance, towards folly

Most people in society think they make their own decisions, but in fact most people in society do not use their minds, do not think outside the box, but simply follow what is popular, simply follow the crowd like a herd of sheep running down a steep hill 🐑 to destruction. This thing starts in the teenage years, when you are under serious peer pressure to conform to the group. The majority had to conform to the group so they wouldn't be different, you had to dress like your peers, speak like your peers,  act like your peers so that they would think you were cool and as a result you started to develop herd 🐑 mentality, a follower of the crowd. When you get older things became no different

Why do you think most of our young women, whether they go to church or not dress half naked 💃🏽 in the streets 🤔? Monkey sees, monkey do. Society tells them via the music videos, via the music that this is how you look sexy, this is how you look desirable and with empty head, empty mind they follow. All of them looking like harlots, all of them thinking they are different when in reality it is simply monkey sees, monkey do 😔. What about our young men 🤔? All going around doing drugs like marijuana because it's a cool thing to do, all going around impregnating women  because it is a cool thing to do, with no brain, empty head to see these things are leading them to destruction.

What about us as adults 🤔? Are you truly different? Are you not following the crowd 🤔? Society says the goal of life is chase after money, and without a thought, we all like headless chickens 🐔 are running around chasing money, making an idol out of money. We are so busy chasing money 💵, a piece of paper that we neglect our families, friends and God Himself. We listen to the capitalist who says if we chase money you will become as rich as him, and without a thought we make money our supreme goal in life. All chasing money, all trying to be their own boss, something that is impossible in society . But hey, monkey sees, monkey do

Friends, the point of today's message is for you to examine your life 📝, to ask yourself why do you do the things you do 🤔? Do you do them because you have truly analyzed them for yourself, truly process them or you do it as a mindless sheep 🐑 following the herd because thats what society says is more important 🤔? 💂🏻‍♂️ Adolf  Hitler once said what good fortune for government that the people do not think ! It is a great truth that the majority of people do not think, they just think on how to go about being what the society promotes, nothing more. This is the same reason why the majority of people will be lost eternally, following the crowd .

To serve God means you must be a thinker, you must rise above the crowd. You must reason with God, you must build your faith on a strong foundation, on the rock Christ Jesus. You can't get to heaven by following a crowd, you can only get to heaven by going against the crowd ,because following Jesus will always lead you against the crowd. God gave us a mind and He wants us to use our minds. God tell us not to follow a crowd to do evil but to follow Him and do good. Friends, let us put away the attitude of monkey sees 🐵, monkey do, but let us learn to follow Jesus and do as He shows us, as He leads us. Love not the world and the things that are in the world,  but love the Lord ❤🙏🏾

Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment

Your life is a sermon 🎙

There are two great centers of influence in the universe. The Great God, the Creator of me and you, the Creator of all things and Lucifer, the fallen angel who became Satan, the Devil 👿. Both God and the Devil have preachers promoting their distinctive ways. Me and you are preachers

Me and you are like sponges,we absorbs and then release whatever we absorbed into the world 🌍. We are either being influenced by God or the Devil and we all in turn influence other people. We are all preachers and we are all promoting the way of God or Satan's way

The modern word now is influencers 📲. Guess what, we are all influencers. So what is God's way 🤔? God's way is the way of love ❤, self denial and righteousness.  What is Satan's way 😈🤔? It is the way of selfishness. Me first, doing things contrary to God's Word for the sake of self satisfaction. Me and you are influencers and we are influencing others to follow our way.

You influence others based on the way you speak, act, dress etc..We all have influence and we all have others who look up to us for example. We are either leading them towards God or towards the world ,Satan. Either leading them towards love ❤ or selfishness .

And you are influenced by the things or people  you watch, by the things you meditate on etc..If you want God to influence you, then spend time in His Word, fortify your mind with His Word. But if you want Satan 😈 to influence you then spend your time watching the movies, media of the world.

Our lives are sermons, your life is a sermon 🎙. The question is what message are you preaching based on how you live, based on the things you post online 📲? Who's message are you preaching 🤔? God's or the Devil 🤔? Examine your life and ask the Lord to help your life be sermon to His praise 🙏🏾

Luke 11:23
He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth

Love awakens love ❤

 Are you looking for love ❤😊? Do you want some one to love you as you are ? Do you want to experience true love, love that touches your inner most being 🤔? If you are looking for such love, you must first be loving. Love awakens love

If you want to be love, you must be active in promoting love . People imitate what they see and people respond similarly to the way they are treated. Treat someone with patience and even if it's hard, they will try to emulate, treat someone with kindness and over time they will respond with some kindness,  love awakens love ❤.

The golden rule says treat others the way you want to be treated. I would say the way you treat others is how they will treat you.  Be rude to your neighbor and he will be rude to you. Be nasty to your children and soon they will be nasty to you. People are influenced by our behaviors 

The problem we have as humanity is we tell people listen to what I say but dont follow my example, when truth is people will follow our examples more than our words. So whatever you are looking for in life, you must first practice it. Like the Apostle Paul said,  be imitators of me as I imitate Christ 

So friends, if you want others to love you, learn to love them first. If you want others to understand you, learn to understand them first, if you want others to listen to you 👂🏾, learn to listen to them first. If you want others to be patient, caring to you , learn to be like that with them first .

Love awakens love ❤ and in order to truly love others, you must love God first, for only as I abide in God's love, I will have the strength, the patience, the compassion to love others, to treat others as I want to be treated. Love awakens love, let us then allow God's love to awaken love in our hearts first 😊❤🙏🏾

Is there anything too hard for the Lord 🤔?

 Talk to me friend, have you ever thought about the question,  is there anything too hard for the Lord 🤔? See, the way you view and answer this question will determine whether you will live a victorious life or a life of self pity, misery and defeat 😔. Your view of God determines your destiny .

How big is your God 🤔? When God is small, your problems in life will be big, but when God is big, your problems in life will be small 👌🏾. My God is very big, infinitely big, so my problems in life are very, very small. Because the moment a problem arise in my life, it is brought quickly to the Lord.  

Is there anything too hard for the Lord 🤔? The answer is no. God is the Creator of all things, the most powerful being in existence, the Supreme One, the All wise one and nothing is too hard for the Lord.  Your problems may be hard for you, but they are not hard for the Lord. With a word the Lord can easily remove my problems if He so choose and whatever problem I have, it is because the Lord allows it. 

Knowing that nothing is too hard for my  God give me the confidence to go through any difficulties with hope, strength, not discouragement and hopelessness.  For I know no matter what it is, in due time the Lord will give me the sure victory ✌🏾. For my God is all powerful, my God is able.

So what is your struggle 🤔? Is it a besetting sin like drugs 💊, sex, alcohol 🍷, anger, hatred, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy 🤔? Or are you struggling with an illness 🤒, with a marriage 👰🏽💔🤵🏾 on the ropes ? Financial problems? Mental health issues ?Whatever the struggle is, it is not too hard for the Lord 😊

God is powerful, nothing is too hard for Him. God is more powerful than any sin you are struggling with, any difficulties you may have in life. Trust in the Lord Jehovah,  trust in God's Word,  abide in His love, persevere in prayer and the Lord will surely give you the victory 🙏🏾 

Jeremiah 32:27

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

The secret 🗣👂🏾 to power 💪🏾

 Want to be strong 💪🏾 when those around you are weak ? Want to be bold when those around you are cowards 🤔? Want to be true when those around you are false 🤔? Want to speak truth when you are surrounded by lies 🤔? Then friends, you must know the secret to power 💪🏾🤗!

This is an adulterous and sinful generation which hate the truth and love lies. In order to preach against it, to reveal its wickedness, you need strength, not any type of strength but Divine strength 💪🏾, you need power from God.

You need to spend time in the secret place of the Most High daily. You need to spend in the closet of prayer daily. You need to bow down daily to the Eternal to receive strength and power to fight the battles of the Lord 💂🏾‍♂️, to be valiant for the truth 

Our God is a consuming fire 🔥 and after spending time daily with the Lord in prayer you will be on fire 🔥 for His glory, consuming sin, falsehood and wickedness through your examples and influence. You will be bold for the cause of righteousness, unwearied in its promotion 

Once you have bowed down to the Eternal, you will stand up to any man, any woman. The secret to power is spending time with God in prayer and He will give you the strength 💪🏾 to be valiant for the truth, fearless in the face of opposition. Be strong for the Lord and fight the 💂🏾‍♂️ battles of the Lord with strength 💪🏾🙏🏾.
