Relationships ❀

Relationships 😍 ! All of life is about relationships. We have relationships with things, with people, you can't do anything in life that is not a relationship.

In order to have a strong relationship with something or someone we need to put in time, good amount of time, quality time. Relationships cannot be rushed or speed up. Time has to be put in and the more time that is put in, the stronger the bond. True, loving relationships requires patience. These days  many seek to rush through things, trying to rush relationships but disaster has been the result.

Now there are two things we all have a relationship with in this world 🌏, God and sin. We all have a relationship with God, we either love Him or hate Him, either abiding in His love or running away from Him. Either His friend or His enemy πŸ˜”

We all have a relationship with sin. We either love our sins or hate them, want to get victory over them or want to stay married to them πŸ‘°πŸ½. We are either feeding our sins through what we watch, listen to and do or we are starving them to death by fleeing from them .

Now, it took time for you and your sins to develop a strong, almost unbreakable bond β›“, so separation from your sin is going to be a painful and heartbreaking thing πŸ’” and it will take time. It will also take time to build a relationship with God

Relationship with God cannot be rushed, time must be put in, quality time. Time in the morning, time throughout the day and time in the evening. As you spend time with God, in His Word, you will develop an unbreakable union with Him. Life is all about relationships and we spend quality time with what we value most .

If you want to have a strong relationship with God,  you must put Him time. Send Him mental text messages throughout the day πŸ“², like Lord I love you, I want to be faithful to you always, keep me from sinning against you, keep me pure, keep me faithful, keep me in your loveπŸ™πŸΎβ€

John 15:9

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

A new Constantine: Will Trump become more religious ?

On October 28, 312 AD, the battle of the Milvian bridge took place between Roman Emperors Constantine I and Maxentius. Rome was in the midst of a civil war . Constantine won the battle and started on the path that led him to become the sole ruler of the Roman empire. But something interesting happened before the battle, Constantine who was a pagan at the time claimed to have received a vision from God. On October 27 with the armies preparing for battle, Constantine claimed to had a vision which led him to fight under the protection of  the Christian God. According to the message of Eusebius of Ceasarea, around noon, Constantine saw a luminous cross in the sky and under it the inscription in Greek," in this sign thou shalt conquer. " Constantine also claimed to had a dream in which Christ commanded him to use the sign of the cross against his enemies. Constantine became the first emperor to convert to Christianity.  He ended the policy of persecuting Christians and in 313...

The spiritual nature and the degradation of marriage

Man was made in the image of God.  What does it mean to be made in the image of God? What is God like ? The Bible says "God is a Spirit." What comes to mind when you think of a Spirit? You think of something not limited by physical restraints, something unseen, something greater than the physical.  God made man in His image, He made a spiritual being covered by an earthly body. We all have the breath of God within us, we all have a spirit within us. The spirit within is the real person, the character.  With the spiritual nature we relate to God and with the earthly nature we relate to the earth.  So let's break it down a little bit so we can understand . What are the things we find in the spiritual nature ?  In the spiritual nature we find love, patience, longsuffering, mercy etc.. The spiritual nature is all about relationships, that's the most important to the spiritual nature, its highest goal. Why do I say this ? Remember what we said in the beginning, "God ...

The Divorce Pandemic

"For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be." Matthew 24:39. Jesus said in the last days that marriage will consume the minds of many. Marriage has become some sort of idol to many. Many think that marriage will solve their lives' problems. But, with the increased idolatry of marriage has come increased divorces.  Many are getting married just to get divorced.  Divorce is on the increase because people don't understand what marriage is. People don't understand the nature of marriage. In order to understanding something, it is important to understand the mind of its author. God made marriage and marriage is about God. God is love and marriage is about the development of the love of God in our hearts. Love is other-centered. It is the desire to seek to please som...

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6
