Submission, submission 😬, the word many women dont want to hear 👂🏾 in this generation. Submission is considered a bad word to many, but the Lord has commanded the wives 👰🏽 to submit to their husbands
Remember what said the other day, anytime God ask us to do something, it is not something we can do with our own strength 💪🏾, but something we must rely on Him for strength to do. Submission is no different. The Lord knows it's not easy for a wife to submit to her husband 😔
Since the fall in Eden 🌳, women are more interested in trying to rule over their husbands than to submit to their rule(Genesis 3:16). The women have a saying: husband may be the head, but the wife is the neck turning the man where she wants 😔
As a result, marriages are full of conflicts. It is impossible to have a union between sinners if no one will submit to the other. God in His love and wanting us to be loving as Him, commands the husband to love the wife, but for the wife to submit to her husband. The way a wife show real love to her husband is through submission
Women are generally more emotional than men, so women prefer loving affections and words. While a man prefer actions more, a man knows his wife love him when she submits to his leadership. But it's hard for women to do that, because it's hard for women to trust that their husband is capable 🤵🏾
But God command the wife to submit to her husband. It must be done with prayer 🙏🏾. Submit to your husband as long as what he asking you to do is not against the Lord. Notice the word say as in the Lord. As long as what the husband is doing is not wrong, the wife should submit. Submission is not weakness but strength 💪🏾
God doesn't say wife submit to your husband if he loves you , but God say submit as in the Lord. It means that women should submit whether husband love her or not, for in submitting to her husband she is honoring God. A man should love his wife, submissive or not.
It is a terrible thing to be with a woman who is always arguing with you over every decision as a man 😔. But it is a beautiful thing to have a wife who submits to her husband as in the Lord. Such a wife will bring the best out of her husband 😊. Such a wife must be a prayerful woman, for we know husbands out there are far from perfect.
So it is ladies, if you want a beautiful marriage 👰🏽, if you want to please God in your marriage, if you want your husband to love you as Christ loved the church, ask God for the strength to submit to y ou ur husband. No easy task, require much prayer and self sacrifice
And finally, always remember marriage represents the union of Christ and the church 👰🏽. The husband represents Christ who loves the church to death ❤ and the woman represents the church who is supposed to submit to her husband. Men pray to love our wives , ladies pray to submit to your husbands 🙏🏾
