Gay marriage and Christian persecution

The arrest of the Kentucky clerk Kim Davis for not  issuing to homosexuals shows that the tide has changed and the Word of God is now hated by those who love darkness.

But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
Luke 21:12

Welcome to Sodom

Homosexuality as a  satanic thing was always against the truth of God.  Being a manifestation of God's protective hand being removed from a nation and abandoning them to their own sinful lust, it is no surprise that the ushering of this abomination is the starting point of Christian persecution. We are now living in modern day Sodom and Gomorrah .

9But they said, "Stand aside." Furthermore, they said, "This one came in as an alien, and already he is acting like a judge; now
we will treat you worse than them." Genesis 19:8

Expect more Persecution

The arrest of Kim Davis is just the beginning of persecutions. Things will continue to get worse, the train has left the station and will not return. This is where we will have the separation of the true Christians versus the false. The shaking has begun , it is time for us to start getting ready and hand ourselves over to the Most High. Like all the mainstream media and many politicians did not come to the clerk's rescue , so  increasingly we will lose all earthly support and the only safety will be under the "wings of the Almighty".

Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.John 15:20

Conclusion

Beloved let us pray for Kim Davis so she may be strengthen during her trial and stand as a firm witness for the Word of God. Let us also pray fervently for ourselves so that we may be strong in the Lord and be ready for our coming trial.

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.John 16:33

The sanctuary in Heaven

Let them construct a sanctuary for Me, that I may dwell among them. 9 "According to all that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture. Exodus 25:8,9 God told Moses to build him a sanctuary according to the pattern that he sees. Does that mean God created a blue print for him or is it a pattern of something in heaven? Copy of the True Tabernacle The sanctuary that they built in the wilderness is a copy of the one that is in heaven. Yes there is a sanctuary in heaven. So if there is a sanctuary in heaven , does that mean there is a High Priest also? They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: "See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain." Hebrews 8:5

Is the United States a Christian nation?

Why calling the United states a Christian country is detrimental to Christianity.  The United states was clearly influenced by Christian principles; The pilgrims were escaping persecutions from Europe and while many of them practiced Christianity, they were still suffering persecution in Europe from state churches. The founding fathers, some being Christians, made sure to separate the church from the state. They well knew of the carnage that comes as a result of having a state religion. And so, the US became one of the rare countries without a state religion. Each person was left to follow the dictate of his own conscience.  When you call a country by a specific religion, people associate all of its behaviors with said religion. Note this example: Slavery was an institution in the United states; this would also mean that the brutality of slavery was accepted a Christian precept. Even the mistreatment of the Indians would have been considered a Christian precept. In fact,...

When God calls you. The fiery way to God

"Why is my life so hard? Why are these things happening to me? I pray to God for healing, but there is no healing. I pray for better finances, but no money is forthcoming. I am so tired of these struggles; I am on the verge of giving up. I might as well live life the way I want to and hope to die soon. Have these thoughts ever come to your mind? These are thoughts many will encounter as they ascend the mountain of God. For many of us, life began well. We had a great time in our youth; we believed in love, we believed the future was bright, and we felt whole as a person. But somewhere along the way, hardship showed up. An illness, a broken heart, the death of a loved one, or broken aspirations sent us into despair and grief. Suddenly, life became dark and hopeless. But then, we heard the voice of God. We heard someone preach, 'Come to Jesus and all will be well; come to Jesus and He will give you the desires of your heart.' So we came to Jesus, hoping that we were back on ...

Modern Man
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6
