God wants you to be happy, successful and rich!

This is the message coming from the pulpits of churches across the nations. Some call it prosperity gospels. According to Wikipedia.org, Prosperity theology (sometimes referred to as the prosperity gospel, the health and wealth gospel, or the gospel of success) ^[A] is a Christian religious doctrine that financial blessing is the will of God for Christians, and that faith, positive speech, and donations to Christian ministries will increase one's material wealth.
But this message is not only unbiblical, but it is satanic.


Worldly prosperity as God's blessing

This type of message is contrary to the revealed will of God. For the Bible says in John 2:15-17
15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For everything in the world--the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does--comes not from the Father but from the world. 17 The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.  
The prosperity message deceive people into thinking that if they don't have such prosperity, God is not with them.

Corrupt Preachers and the Love of money

 ¹      If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, ⁴ they are conceited and understand nothing. They have an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions ⁵ and constant friction between  people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.   1 Timothy 6:3-7

The church has fallen so far that instead of being the light to the  world, they have become an image to it. The world extols greed and the love of money, the church follows suit, and many have fallen into that trap. The preachers have become rich at the expense of gullible minds who rely solely on a preacher to tell them what God requires. Meanwhile, the bible is available to them and they do not read it.
 
Satan the father of Lies

Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory; 9and he said to Him, "All these things I will give You, if You fall down and worship me."
Matthew 4:9
This temptation of Satan is what is being spread when the preachers are preaching to people that worldly gain is a sign of God's favor. For the Bible say that God's will for the believer is to seek first the kingdom and its righteousness and that we should  "Beware, and be on our  guard against every form of greed; for not even when one has an abundance does his life consist of his possessions." Luke 12:15.
 
Riches of God

God does want us to be rich in his grace. Jesus Christ came so that we may have life more abundantly-eternal. All who truly follow Christ Jesus will suffer trials in this world but we should be of good cheer, Christ has overcome the world. Even if  we are not prospering materialistically, it does not mean God is not with us, we should always thank God no matter the circumstances we find ourselves in.  Let's read our bible and recognize that Satan always use the same temptations but only change the manner of which it is presented. Believers, let us flee from any such perversion of the gospel and seek the kingdom of God for our eternal salvation and not put our primary focus on temporal prosperity for God has already given us the greatest riches in Christ Jesus.

The Spring of Lukewarm Christianity

Can a Lutheran and a Baptist agree on the subject of baptism? Can a Seventh-day Adventist agree with a Catholic on the subject of the day of worship? Can a Presbyterian and a Pentecostal agree on styles of worship? No, never! In a non-denominational church, of course! (Now, one would think that it is a wonderful thing to agree but compromising the truth is a horrible thing to do. Compromising will cause us to be lukewarm and we know that Jesus does not like that because he says in Revelation 3: 16-So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth). While all of these churches may seem similar since they all believe that our savior is Jesus Christ, the Bible is the word of God, the Holy Spirit guides us, and that we have a future waiting for us after death, they also have different beliefs regarding each subject. The doctrines behind these subjects are sensitive and differ among all of these denominations but they can be compromised in a non-denominational church.


The only thing that is indisputable, unquestionable, is the love of Christ. While we all can agree that Christ loves us and love should be preached every single time, it is also necessary to speak of matters that are difficult to understand. Preaching anyone that Christ loves them will not bring them to a change. That person will continue believing that they cannot lose their salvation, they do not have to obey the moral commands which God has set up for us to follow-a guideline which is so perfect, one that comprises everything-the 10 commandments. It is necessary for us to believe that we cannot save ourselves, that only Christ can save us. But, we also need to love Christ. It is grace that will save us but it is our love for Christ that will bring others to him. We need to know the truth in order for us to speak to others and obtain a Christ-like character.


A non-denominational church service is usually very emotional. Talking about love can get you gooey very quickly. What happen to reasoning together with God? (Isaiah 1:18). What happen to worshiping him in spirit and in truth? (John 4:24). “Love is a powerful tool! It is the 2nd greatest commandment and it sums up all commandments of the bible.” Preach love but preach the whole bible. One thing that we should also realize is that God will get rid of sin because he loves us. He wants us to stop suffering. This is the reason that sin must be done away with (Revelation 21:4).


There are a lot of non-denominational churches out there and they are usually filled with people. There are so many members in them because people fear labels. People fear being specific, thus being “extreme, radical, a bigot”. Hence leaving room for acceptance of everything. These churches don't usually preach doctrine, they do not give the people the solid food that they hunger for. They give them baby food…things that are easy to swallow such as the love of Christ. What about spiritual meat like the day of the Lord-when his judgment will come? (2 Peter 2:4, Hebrews 9:27, 2 Corinthians 5:10) What about the wages of sin? (Romans 6:23) The moral laws of God? (Exodus 20:1-17) What about prophecy? (Revelation 19:10). These things require a solid doctrine, they require verses to back them up, and they require deep bible studies.

We must be soldiers for God and preach the testimony of Jesus Christ. We need to take a stand for the truth and not worry about labels and feelings. The only judgment we need to care about is the one that comes from God. May the Lord be with you all.

Charlie Hebdo and the Surveillance State

On Wednesday  January 7, two masked men entered into the office of Charlie Hebdo in a rampage. By the time the whole episode was over, 3 days had passed and 20 people died including three gunmen. While we sympathize with the victims, we fear that the ones who truly benefit from this carnage are the proponents of the global totalitarian surveillance system.

Already the British spy agency MI5 is already requesting more powers to fight against terrorism. Governments know that when people are afraid, they will easily hand over their liberties in the name of freedom, so they will not let a good opportunity to pass by.

According to yahoo news , " after laying out the threats, Parker  the head of the MI5 made a fresh call for more powers for the security services -- an issue that is of ongoing and heated debate in Britain, as elsewhere.

"My sharpest concern as director general of MI5 is the growing gap between the increasingly challenging threat and the decreasingly availability of capabilities to address it," he said."

And  the  French Prime Minister Manuel Valls made a similar point that Friday, saying: "It will be no doubt necessarily to take new measures" to respond to the terror threat.

"The NSA's programs don't “look all that scary this morning,” said Michael Hayden, a former director of the NSA and CIA, on MSNBC on Thursday. Saying the Snowden revelations had hurt intelligence cooperation between governments, Hayden said he hoped that “meaningful intelligence cooperation between like-minded democracies gets a boost from yesterday’s dangers and we go forward in a more cooperative fashion."



 France has invited ministers from other European countries and the United States to Paris on Sunday to discuss their common security challenges.

"What good fortune for those in power that people do not think."  Adolf Hitler. So in the frenzy to show strength and unity to the terrorists, the masses are playing right into the hands of those who are trying to consolidate power.

The Bible talk about a global system that will prevent those who do not have the Mark of the Beast to be unable to buy or sell. All of that will render possible as in effect of a global draconian security system. Friends you will see after every so called terrorist act there will be calls  for more security and more cashless transaction in order to prevent the next attack.

Do not be deceived! Be careful with what you chose to believe from the media, for they are all part of the system-motivating the masses to their own imprisonment. So with Charlie Hebdo, freedom did die, but it is the freedom of the masses for the advancement of our Brave New World.

Extremist for Christ

With all the talk of religious extremist in the news, people are afraid of being given that label, which is understandable but should we Christian be afraid of such a label?

According to www.dictionary.com  . Extremism is a tendency or disposition to go to extremes or an instance of going to extremes, especially in political matters:
And here are a few definitions of Extremes 1: utmost or exceedingly great In degree. 2: Farthest from the center or middle: outermost

Extreme Views

According to the definitions, an extremist is someone who takes his belief seriously. In western culture, being called an extremist is considered derogatory because we do not like to deal with anyone with strong convictions. The concept of democracy has made us compromisers. We have to compromise on every point in order to be liked, to be popular or to get things done. It cannot be so when it comes to our Christian lives, for we must never compromise with error-no matter the cost, whether it be our own lives. We must stand firm on the rock that is Jesus Christ.


Extremist soldiers of Christ

As Christians, we have to cease being lukewarm and accept the fact that we have to be extremist for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In a world where people are killing others for such views, whether it be for defending or spreading freedom, avenging the prophet Mohammed, profits, we followers of Christ are to follow the extreme views of bringing light and life to a dying world. Why is it that many modern Christians are afraid to stand up for Christ ?

Extreme For Good

We are soldiers for Christ. We are his special operation forces in a global battlefield of darkness and our mission is to rescue many of God's children from the fortified fortresses of Satan. This is not a mission for those who are willing to compromise and waver but for those who are extreme in the view that living for Christ is worth more than our lives. We have to be extreme to do good. The doers of evil are dedicated in their acts while we struggle to be politically correct and compromise with philosophies. It is evil for a Christian to have the truth and let others perish without sharing it for fear of being labeled intolerant, extremist and so forth.

Whole armor of God

We as soldiers of the Army of the Lord of Host have to wear the whole armor of God as we head into this battle of sharing the Good News in such a dark world and refusing to compromise with the world. We must become extremists, not the types that will shed blood and force others to accept their faith, but the ones that will bring life to the dying. Theory of Evolution and Paganism

Contrary to what the majority of people think, the theory of evolution is an ancient pagan idea.
It's an idea that has always been contrary to the Word of God. 

What is Paganism?

Paganism can be described as a concept of "god" which is rooted in nature itself. It is the belief that nature itself is in someway a god and they are worthy of worship and adoration. The related Pantheism is the belief that all of nature is part of god or the total of god. It is a very old system but nature worship or reverence is always involved somewhere. The modern day new age movement has blatantly re-introduced many pagan ideas.

Darwin or Ancients?
The concept of evolution did not originate with Charles Darwin. It has been the key ingredient of all pagan religions and philosophies from antiquities. (atomism, pantheism, stoicism, gnosticism and all other humanistic systems). Any beliefs that assume the ultimacy of the space/time/matter, reasoning that the universe has always been; are fundamentally evolutionary systems. Depending on how sophisticated the system is, the forces of the universe may be personified as gods and goddesses who organized the eternal chaotic cosmos into what we see now (Babylonian and Egyptian religions), or that they themselves have organizing capabilities (modern scientific evolutionism). In any case, these are just different varieties of the same evolutionist world view. Its essential component is the denial that there is one true God  and Creator.

Many of the great world religions- Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Hinduism, etc. are based on evolution. The liberal sides of Judaism, Islam, Catholicism and Protestantism, are based on evolution.

Pagan ideas evolve as scientific

Evolution is one of those old pagan superstitions that began to be  revived in the 18th and 19th centuries. Thales, a Greek philosopher, was one of the first proponents of the myth of "evolution"; a theory which maintained that all living things came into existence as a result of pure chance, and then developed from one to another.

These pagans were unaware of the existence of God and were worshipping false idols which they themselves devised, pagans answered the questions of origin with the idea  of evolution. Pagan philosophers such as Thales, Anaximander and Empedocles, claimed that living things,  human beings, animals and plants, formed themselves from such inanimate substances as air, fire and water. According to their theories, the first living things suddenly emerged in water and then adapted to the land. In Egypt, the superstition that "living things formed themselves out of mud" was widespread. The Egyptians believed that in this way the frogs which appeared when the waters of the Nile receded were formed.

Democritus, another Greek philosopher, held that originally the universe was composed of nothing but tiny atoms churning in chaos, until they collided together to form larger units—including the earth and everything on it. And to him the universe is without purpose, everything moves according to blind chance and all things came into being spontaneously by itself.

Nothing New under the Sun

To conclude, we see that there is nothing new under the sun. It's just a recycling of old materials under new garbs. Evolution, a false pagan religious idea is reintroduced in this so called "age of enlightenment" as scientific and thus the ancient goal of separating man from his Creator is achieved and he is led to worship idols (himself, nature etc..). It is a theory deeply rooted in rebellion and man's foolish attempt to explain the creation without God.

Are you filled with the Holy Spirit?

Have you ever sat peacefully at church and suddenly see someone fall on the ground and utter things that you do not understand? While you hear those utterances, do you ever wonder why it doesn’t happen to you? Like, does that make you think less of your path with God? I have been told by many people that when this uncontrollable episode happens, it is the Holy Ghost that takes control of the body. How does the Holy Spirit do this? Is that biblical?

Before we continue with the subject, let’s first clarify who the Holy Spirit is. The Holy Spirit is not a force; He is part of the Godhead, He is not an object, He is God.

That the Holy Spirit is God is clearly seen in many Scriptures, including Acts 5:3-4. In this verse Peter confronts Ananias as to why he lied to the Holy Spirit and tells him that he had “not lied to men but to God.” It is a clear declaration that lying to the Holy Spirit is lying to God. (If you read further, you will see that Ananias and his wife died for sinning against the Holy Spirit)

We can also know that the Holy Spirit is God because He possesses the characteristics of God. For example, His omnipresence is seen in Psalm 139:7-8, “Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.”

Then in 1 Corinthians 2:10-11, we see the characteristic of omniscience in the Holy Spirit. “But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.” www.gotquestions.org

Now that we have established that, We can also prove personification of the Holy Spirit.


“We can know that the Holy Spirit is indeed a divine person because He possesses a mind, emotions, and a will. The Holy Spirit thinks and knows (1 Corinthians 2:10). The Holy Spirit can be grieved (Ephesians 4:30) (Isaiah 63:10). The Spirit intercedes for us (Romans 8:26-27). He makes decisions according to His will (1 Corinthians 12:7-11). The Holy Spirit is God, the third Person of the Trinity. As God, the Holy Spirit can truly function as the Comforter and Counselor that Jesus promised He would be (John 14:16, 26, 15:26).” www.gotquestions.org. We also see in Matthew 12: 31-32 (“Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or the age to come.”) that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is a serious offense, so thread lightly on how you speak of the Holy Spirit.


How has the Holy Spirit manifest himself? How does He interact?

In many accounts, the Bible say that the Holy Spirit comes upon a certain person, but in no account has it ever mention disorder.

1 Chronicles 12:18-22 talks about how Amassai did good in the sight of the Lord and helped David day by day, the Holy Spirit had an effect on his character.

· In Acts 2:1-15, the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles and they spoke different tongues (languages) and they all understood each other. Everyone was in one accord. Mind you in verse 15, Peter who was also received the Holy Spirit was able to control himself, he had sense to explain to the outsiders what was happening.


· In Judges 3:10-14, the Holy Spirit came upon Othniel, who judged Israel and with the help of the Lord, the king of Mesopotamia was delivered into his hand.


· In Acts 2: 17-22, the Bible tells us that in these last days that the Holy Spirit will be poured upon us and we will prophesy, dream and have visions…


On no biblical account, does it ever say that the Holy Spirit will cause us to speak things that we do not understand or others to understand. On the contrary, the Holy Spirit is there to teach us and help us spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by giving us the gift of prophecy. Talking about gifts, let’s examine the characters of one who has the Holy Spirit.


How is it like to have the Holy Spirit?

I cannot say that I have the Holy Spirit because I know that I do not possess all of the characters listed below.

In Galatians 5:22-26, the bible says “the FRUIT of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.” As you can see, it says the FRUIT, not the fruits. I want to stress that out because it is a single fruit; that means if you do not have all of these characters, the Holy Spirit does not dwell in you.


In 1 Corinthians 12:1-10, 1. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. 2. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 3. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 4Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.6And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:”
Now I know that many people tend to mistake the meaning of verse 10 by saying that the spirit allow them to speak in tongues. The instance that the bible is implying tongue is to say idiom, language, speech.

Where does the idea of empty talk come from? Is it biblical?

I would like for us to dig as deep in the bible as possible to show an instance in the bible where the Holy Spirit came upon someone and that person started uttering gibberish or empty talk. In the latter chapters of first letter of Paul to the Corinthians, he talks more about speaking in tongues but specifically in 1Corinthians 14: 21, it says “With men of other tongues and other lips I will speak to this people, And yet, for all that, they will not hear Me.” We can clearly see an indication that the tongue being spoken about here is the one of idiom.

I would love for us that love the Lord to not be confused of the Holy Spirit because He is of order and Paul understood that. If we look in the latter verses of chapter 14, we will understand that there should be order in the house of the Lord and we will also see the meaning of the tongue that the bible talks about.

Do not be deceived brothers and sisters, examine the word of God and commune with the Holy Spirit so we do not lose our souls.

Atheism: a precusor to Papal Revival

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. Revelation 13:3

After the fall of Papal Rome's power over the nations in 1798, Satan's master plan of replacing the Roman darkness over the people had already been in place. That plan was the introduction of mainstream atheism.

The term athéisme was coined in France in the sixteenth century. Atheists French philosophers were major advocates of it. The "French Revolution of 1789 catapulted atheistic thought into political notability in some Western countries and opened the way for the nineteenth century movements of Rationalism, Freethought, and Liberalism."

The Roman Church in the Middle ages prohibited the masses from reading the Word of God and because of that, gross spiritual darkness prevailed in society. Anyone who opposed the church's teachings were labeled heretics.

Atheism/Secularism discourages and attacks the Bible so that it would be eliminated. In communist societies, religion is repressed. However, in western secular societies the Bible is kicked out of schools, public places and even the churches (people no longer read the Bible). Higher criticism in Christian Universities destroy faith in the Bible, causing the public to no longer hold it as the infallible Word of God. Thus the same purpose of blinding the masses in every society, fulfilled.

The beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them...............the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.

The Protestant Reformation sought to bring light to the world by encouraging Bible reading and for a while, the people started reading for themselves which then diminished the power of the Roman Church. But because of the great work that atheism/secular humanism has done in attacking the Bible, the world is now ripe for the same darkness of the middle ages. And as we can see Rome is once again rising to regain its lost dominion over the nations.

Satan has been using atheism/secular humanism to destroy faith in the Word of God and undo the works of the Protestant reformation to prepare the way for the revival of the Roman power. Where Spiritual Darkness abide, Rome rises.

The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come.  Revelation 17:8
